Baked Spaghetti Casserole
Do you have a birthday of your son today? or maybe the birthday of your loved one (or maybe yourself), then why don’t you enjoy with some spicy, refreshing and delicious food which you could even refrigerate! Well, if you can prepare such a tasty food within 45 minutes and yet you refuse to try, then you’re doing a big mistake.
Spaghetti is favorite of almost all people because of its flexibility that we can adjust it to any food and increase its taste by 10 times. My mother still uses spaghetti with some delicious meats, and guess what? we even take spaghetti with ice-creams because it tastes too good!
So today, we will learn to cook the recipe which is known as “Baked Spaghetti Casserole”, and well, even if it is just a normal day of the week for you, I highly recommend you to try and refresh your mood, because it takes only 45 to 50 minutes to cook this delicious recipe.
Bring out your pen and paper, and note down the ingredients:
- Cooking Spray
- Spaghetti – 12 ounces
- 4 Beaten Eggs
- Parmesan cheese – 2/3 cup
- Butter – 2 and a half tablespoons
- Cottage cheese – 1 cup (or more according to your taste)
- Jar spaghetti sauce 1 (28 ounces)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup, (or more according to your taste)
Step 1: First of all, you would need to preheat your oven over 175 Degrees C. Also, prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray, because we gonna cook this in the oven for the most part.
Step 2: Now, it’s time to boil the spaghetti to make it eatable. Put lightly salted water in a large pot, add spaghetti in that pot and let it boil for around 12 minutes. After that, transfer the spaghetti into a large dry pot.
Step 3: Take a bowl. Mix the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and butter with the spaghetti in order to coat your pasta. Means spread the mixture into the baking dish. Then spread cottage cheese all over the spaghetti then spaghetti sauce with the top layer of Mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Put that dish into the oven, and cook until they become hot and tender. It should take around 30 minutes or a little bit more.
After that, your food is ready to serve. You can even refrigerate it for the next day and enjoy it for longer times. But I’d recommend cooking fresh every time you want it because it is always good to eat only freshly cooked food!
