  • 1 small diced onion
  •  Minced Fresh Ginger Root – 1 teaspoon
  •  Cloves Garlic – 4 (minced)
  • 2 Cubed Potatoes
  • 4 Cubed Carrots (Optional)
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeno Pepper (sliced)
  •  Ground Unsalted Cashews – 3 tablespoons
  •  Tomato sauce 1 (4 ounces)
  • Salt – 2 teaspoons
  •  Curry Powder – 1 1/2 tablespoons
  •  Frozen Green Peas – 1 cup
  • Green bell pepper- 1/2 –  Chopped
  • Red bell pepper – 1/2 – Chopped
  • Heavy Cream – 1 cup
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Bring out your skillet, and heat it up over the medium level of fire. Put the diced onions into it and stir until it becomes golden. Now mix garlic and ginger with the onions and cook them for around 1 minute. Its time to add potatoes, carrots, cashews, and tomato sauce with salt and curry powder.

Step 2: Cover the skillet and let it cook for around 10 minutes. That’s to ensure that everything gets tender.

Step 3: Uncover your skillet and add the peas, red and green bell pepper and some heavy cream into the skillet. It’s time to reduce the heat level to low.

Step 4: Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

Tadaa! Your delicious meal is ready. Have a great time with your family and friends!
